We will not intentionally provide false or misleading descriptions of our products.

For products described as jadeite, fei cui or natural fei cui, the relevant description must comply with applicable Hong Kong requirements. Hong Kong Customs specifically regulates the use of “fei cui” and “natural fei cui” descriptions and imposes disclosure requirements for natural fei cui supplied at retail.

Some of our jadeite products may be unique or limited pieces.

Accordingly, availability may change quickly.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we may contact the customer and discuss available options.

Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the website or order.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may not include:

• Import duties
• Customs charges
• Destination-country taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Other charges imposed by the destination country

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

We reserve the right to review and accept an order before final fulfillment, including where:

Customers may make payment through online banking using the bank transfer instructions provided with the order.

Bank Transfer

Customers may transfer payment directly to the designated bank account of Hong Kong Yunfan Trading Company Limited.

An order will not be treated as fully paid merely because the customer has uploaded a payment receipt or screenshot.

Payment will be considered verified only after we confirm receipt of the relevant funds.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify a payment.

Customers should include the order number as the payment reference whenever possible.

This helps us identify and reconcile payments.

If the amount received is lower than the amount due, we may request payment of the outstanding balance before processing the order.

If the amount received exceeds the amount due, we may contact the customer to arrange the appropriate treatment of the excess amount.

Shipping method, estimated delivery time and shipping charges may vary according to:

Products without a quality issue are generally not eligible for return or refund.
